Jamie Franz is the Chief Operating Officer of our firm. He started his career as an auditor for Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1986. After spending time as a Medical Practice Administrator for a large medical practice in Upstate New York, he went to work for M&T Bank as both a branch manager and small business lender. In 1996 he was hired by Citibank Consumer Bank to run their small business lending division in Upstate New York. After two successful years, he was asked to run the entire Upstate Consumer business and finished his career with Citigroup working for their Private Bank headquartered in New York City.
In 2000, Mr. Franz started his own company, Financial Solutions L.L.C., which finances distressed middle market companies throughout the Northeast. In 2001, Mr. Franz joined forces with Commercial Insurance Consultants, Inc. setting up a division to provide insurance due diligence services to the commercial lending industry on their borrowers’ insurance programs. Jamie lectures at professional seminars throughout the country in the areas of insurance concerns for commercial lenders. He is a licensed Property & Casualty as well as Life, Accident & Health Insurance Professional in New York State.
