Jennifer Kirwan started her career in the Commercial Insurance Industry in 1994, as a Commercial Account Manager at Holland Danahy Company, Inc (now Scott Danahy Naylon, Inc.) handling various types of commercial accounts including marketing new and renewal business and processing claims. She also managed a Medical Malpractice Program for professionals in alternative medicine. In 1998 she was hired as Commercial Account Manager at Briceland Agency Inc. where she was responsible for a variety of commercial accounts including marketing new and renewal business, and managed all small business in-house quotations and placement.
